General Agreement

As a registered member of Globalnet Panel, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. The Globalnet Panel reserves the right to terminate or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. In the event of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions, changes will be posted on this website on this page. By using the Globalnet Panel site following the posting of any amendments, you’re accepting the amended Terms and Conditions.

Membership

Membership with the Globalnet Panel is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Qualified members are eligible for one account only. While more than one person from the same household can join, each person must have a unique email address to participate.

Site Usage

To become a member, you agree to provide valid information when you register. You agree not to make false statements or provide misleading information, in order to gain access to this site or to obtain membership. The Globalnet Panel reserves the right to terminate members who provide duplicate or false information during registration. Except where permitted, you agree not to edit, sell, license, lease, rent, modify, reproduce, publish materials or contents from this site that is property of Globalnet Panel.

Confidentiality

Except where required by law, the contents of any information associated with surveys conducted by the Globalnet Panel shall be kept confidential and never shared with a third party.

Account And Security

Upon completion of your member registration, you will receive a username and password to access the member area. It is your responsibility to keep your login and password information strictly confidential. In the event you discover loss or access of such information by another party, you agree to notify the Globanet Panel immediately. The Globalnet Panel will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with this policy.

Personal information

The Globalnet Panel reserves the right to verify information submitted on its web site. This includes information submitted during registration. It is the member’s responsibility to make sure that personal information is updated regularly. The Globalnet Panel is committed to protecting your privacy. Termination/Suspension

The Globalnet Panel reserves the right to terminate membership without cause or notice at any time for violation or breach of any provision. Circumstances which will result in membership termination/suspension include but are not limited to (a) violations of this Terms and Conditions or other membership guidelines; (b) submitting fraudulent or misleading information in surveys or during member registration; (c) creation of multiple accounts by same member; (d) responding to surveys that were not intended for the member; (e) tampering with another user’s login or personal information; (f) providing false referrals (g) using software programs to complete surveys or submit multiple registrations; (h) taking advantage of technical glitches to accumulate points or redeem incentives that were not earned. Members who are terminated for any reason will forfeit all rewards points accumulated to date.

Limitation of Liability

The Globalnet Panel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, consequential or incidental damages, or damages for loss profits, loss of revenue that result from, or arise out of the use of information contained or received through use of this site, or any services or products received through this site, or any website accessed from the Globalnet Panel site.

Indemnification

You agreed to take all necessary action to defend, indemnify and hold Globalnet Interactive, Inc. harmless, its officers, employees, licensors and other affiliated companies against all costs, expenses and damages incurred in connection with any claim presented by a third party against Globalnet Interactive, Inc. arising from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions or our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Sites

You will occasionally be transferred to third party sites through links embedded in our survey invitations or links posted on this site. In which case, we will warn you in advance of such transfer. However, it is your responsibility to read such sites’ Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies. Globalnet Panel is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, decency, or any other aspect of the contents of any other web site, including web sites through which you may have gained access to our site or to which you may gain access from ours.

Miscellaneous

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter. If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful or prohibited by law or held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and this agreement shall continue and be enforced to its full extent.
